We understand that last minute needs arise and we do our best to accommodate these requests however there is a premium charge for 'emergency' services.
An emergency service charge is applied at the discretion of The Welcome Mat when a service is requested with less than 48 hrs notice. This will always be communicated clearly, securing the homeowner's approval prior to any services rendered.

Conduct a thorough walkthrough of the property, both indoors and outdoors.

Tier Two

MAINTENANCE

Efficiently manage your maintenance service calendar and communication, ensuring that each scheduled service is executed punctually and meets the expected standards. This encompasses various services such as snow removal, pest control, landscaping, pool care, firewood delivery, housecleaning, and more.
*The cost of the service or specific item will be added to the Monthly Tier Invoicing.
For Example, If you were a Tier II client you would be invoiced $485/mo. PLUS the cost of an added item such as ski tuning.
We will make every effort to supply the requested items but please note that due to the time of year, inclement weather and remote location not all services or provisions may be available at all times.
