PARTIES
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Privacy Agreement") is entered into on the date that a client (hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosing Party") of The Welcome Mat first engages in any form of communication regarding the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosing Party") and their property or personal information and The Welcome Mat and it's employees (hereinafter referred to as the "Receiving Party") (collectively referred to as the "Parties").
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Receiving Party agrees not to disclose, copy, clone, modify any confidential information related to the Disclosing Party and agrees not to use any of such information without obtaining consent.
Information refers to any data and/or information that is related to the Disclosing Party and in any form, including but not limited to, visual, oral, or written. Such confidential information is, but is not limited to, any information related to the Disclosing Party, their business affairs, personal affairs, lifestyle, or finances of the Disclosing Party including guests of the Disclosing Party.
RETURN OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Receiving Party agrees to return all confidential information to the Disclosing Party upon the written request of the Disclosing Party or their assigned representative.
OWNERSHIP & GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is not transferable and may only be transferred by a written consent provided by both Parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho
