The final touch on The Grill magic is its staff, network of purveyors, friends and suppliers. Led by some of the the valley’s best including Chef de Cuisine, Steve Berks and floor manager Kaari Harlamert, every person along the way plays a vital role in making Ketchum Grill a place you want to visit again and again. Here you will find your Ketchum Grill favorites and nightly specials along with house-made pasta, bread, fresh fish, interesting local produce, and the best of what Idaho on a daily changing menu.

Bikes, Burgers and Beer!

The Power House is a killer local restaurant AND a bike shop. Think chill bar with loads of micro beer choices, wholesome casual food and specialty bike shop all rolled into one ideal spot. Yes, the burgers are outstanding but don’t miss the ahi tacos (best in the valley in our opinion), freshly baked pretzel served with PH beer cheese sauce, hand cut potatoes fried in non-GMO rice bran oil and great salads. In the summertime a sweet patio is ideal for a post ride or hike refresher. Did we mention the ahi tacos? Beer, beer and more beer on rotation and some delightful ciders.

Warfield
DISTILLERY + BREWERY

KETCHUMLocated right on Ketchum's Main Street is Warfield Distillery and Brewery. Choose to sit in the cozy dining room or up on the deck where you’ll enjoy views of Ketchum and the mountains. Warfield creates beer and spirits using only the highest-quality of organic ingredients. The beer is crafted using only organic malt and whole leaf hops and when it comes to the spirits, you'll have options like organic whiskey, gin, and vodka. The menu is packed with delicious pub food that ranges from a house-made salted pretzel to one of the best burgers you will find in Idaho. There are also items like poutine, salads, and brisket for something a little different.

If you are looking for fresh Thai food Ida Thai is the place. Nestled among the pines in a historic log cabin at the south end of town you will find a cozy environment with great service and food. The authentic Thai cuisine is made fresh in house by Thai chefs. Classics like Pad Thai and Green Curry will not disappoint but some of the not to missed dishes include The Spicy Salad with chicken which is bursting with intense flavors and loads of meat and the House Fried Rice (try the Spicy one with shrimp!).

Dine-in or have it be your go-to for a great take-out dinner.

Michel’s Christiania has been providing world-class French dining since 1959. Chef Owner Michel Rudigoz, blends his love for skiing and culinary expertise to present a unique fusion of sophisticated and comfort cuisine. Start at the iconic Olympic Bar, adorned with photos of U.S. Olympic skiers personally coached by Michel. Move to the vaulted ceiling dining room to enjoy a menu featuring escargot, mussels, and the famous filet mignon. Look out for seasonal specials like locally foraged morel mushrooms. This local institution ensures a great meal, a stiff drink, and a chance to sit at Hemingway's table who was a regular back in the day.

Cutthroat
           CLUB

BELLEVUE

The Cutthroat Club is just what the southern end of the Wood River Valley community needed. Owner and Executive Chef Jay Veregge grew up surrounded by cattle ranches in a rural community and takes farm to fork very literally. The style of food is familiar but done a little differently and offers a diverse menu changing with the seasons. The Cutthroat Club is an homage to the Idaho state fish the Cutthroat Trout. The building the restaurant is in, has been a focal point in Bellevue for more than 100 years. It was the Idaho State Bank, built in 1910 as a state-chartered commercial bank. Remodeled to create a warm modern western bar and dining area this is a not to be missed spot. Hit it on the way into town or take the drive south one night …. it’s worth it!

Since 2005, Rasberrys have been feeding Wood River Valley locals and visitors with creative, flavorful dishes to nourish the body and soul. They source local, organic and fresh ingredients whenever and wherever possible.

Each visit to their bistro, deli or catered function is a new experience. The daily specials and custom menus flow with the season’s bounty. They strive to provide offerings for all palettes including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free offerings. The made-from-scratch soups, salads and entrees are available for take-away form the deli case.. Whether dinners at home (for 1 to 10!), a salad to take to a party or some bites for the Symphony, They have plenty to offer.

Konditorei

From an early morning coffee to a satisfying midday brunch, Konditorei’s cozy fare and chalet-inspired dining room will keep you in an alpine state of mind. Great care is taken across the classic and comforting menus, from the Austrian-inspired brunch plates to the fair trade, locally roasted coffees and the fresh European pastries baked in-house daily. Settle into a comfy seat by the roaring fire and enjoy a muffin and coffee or take a table and dig into a quiche, omelet the famous  house made crispy pork schnitzel, gruyère & herb waffle, sausage gravy, maple bacon jam. The inviting ambiance and friendly service is as warm and comforting and their commitment to serving our community goes beyond our delicious fare. Incorporating locally-sourced food and energy-efficient appliances into the restaurant’s operations, Konditorei was the first to receive 3-Star Certification by the Green Restaurant Association in the ski industry.

Bigwood Bakery is a local’s favorite, baking locally in Sun Valley since 1997 using only the freshest and most wholesome ingredients from sustainable sources. Their sourdough starter was brought here from France, and has been nurtured for over 25 years.  Specialties include fresh-baked bread, pastries, granola, cookies, honey, coffee, and more. Located in the industrial district with a large indoor dining room and wonderful patio for summertime, Bigwood is a lively welcoming spot. The menus boast great salads, hearty breakfasts, satisfying sandwiches, warming and healthy soups, and you should definitely buy some cookies. Lastly, if you want your brunch to continue, buy a loaf of their notoriously delicious bread (any kind will do) and chow down for the rest of the day. Side note - they have some great wine selections so grab a bottle to take home for later.

KB's is a local’s favorite and has been serving up super fresh Mexican fare for decades. Their burritos are legendary but it does not stop there. You will find it hard to decide between the bowls, salads and tacos all made with from scratch ingredients.

"We have a system here, we order a few cases of ingredients at a time and we order constantly, so everything stays fresh. Everyone in the kitchen knows that. The cooks. Everyone.
